I did my first workout today and am way below even the collegiate level of rowing. Getting back into shape is very difficult.
Stats:
2 by 30 minute piece toda
1st piece: 2:07.6 split 25spm
2nd piece: 2:04.7 split 28spm
There's a long road between where I am today and where I one day want to be.
