Wednesday Workout

Today's workout was based around a test piece to see how many meters I could hit at a 1:28 split. My goal was 250 and I hit 220. Another 1800 to go before I reach the goal. By this time next week I want to hit 250.

My workout after this was a pushup circuit: 40,30,20,10,20,30,40 with 1.5 minutes rest in between. For the last set of 40 I only hit 18 before my arms gave out so I did 3 every 5 seconds until I finished.
