Tuesday

Today’s workout began in the weight room with:

Squats: 12, 10, 8, 4, 4
12: 165 lb
10: 175 lb
8: 180 lb
4: 185 lb
4: 195 lb

Leg Curls / Leg Press Superset
12, 10, 10
Leg Curls:
12: 110 lb 10: 130 lb  10: 130 lb
Leg Press
12: 150 lb 10: 160 lb 10: 170 lb

Calf Raises
3 by 10
10: 170 lb, 10: 170 lb, 10: 170 lb

Then I rested for 45 minutes with Chocolate Milk and Whey before making my way to the erg:

10 sets of 2 min on, 2 min off (When on rate 28, rest rate 22)
1: 1:53.8 30 spm
2: 1:52.5 31 spm
3: 1:52.3 31 spm
4: 1:51.7 31 spm
5: 1:52.5 31spm
6: 1:51.5 32 spm
7: 1:49.6 33 spm
8: 1:47.7 34 spm
9: 1:48.6 33 spm
10: 1:45.2 35 spm

It's always really tiring to erg after working out your legs but it feels awesome afterwards.

After set 5, I counted out the first 20 strokes. This got me through nearly a third of the piece without thinking too much.
